Course Information

One and two week course sessions begin each Monday and run from Monday-Friday. One week programs are 9am-5pm or 1pm-9pm. The two week program is 9am-1pm, 1pm-5pm or 5pm- 9pm. The times can change, depending on demand. We offer a weekend alternative, beginning every other Saturday and running for two, consecutive weekends, 10am-6pm.

You will learn in a fully-loaded bar, minus the liquor in a Lounge-style atmosphere. Classes are taught by current, seasoned industry professionals with at least five years of experience in the field. All students will truly be learning the latest trends and industry information.

Instructors will provide you product history and background on beer, wine and liquor. You will go home daily with endless new recipes for basic and advanced cocktail creations, as well as garnishing tips. Learn the best kept customer service secrets from your teachers and earn more tips for your wallet! Alcohol Awareness advice with real-life scenarios and resolutions are shared. You learn to serve alcohol with care and awareness. Many states now require bartenders to have this training before licensing.
